Price Match Promise

At Elite Reformer, we’re committed to offering the best value on every purchase. If you find the same product available at a lower price elsewhere in Australia, we’ll do our best to match or even beat it.

How it works

If you spot a lower price, simply email us at hello@elitereformer.com.au with:

1. A link to the same product on the other store's website
2. Your location (suburb and postcode).

We’ll review the total cost, including any delivery fees, to ensure a fair comparison.

Important details

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, and condition) and available for purchase from an Australian store.
• Price matching applies to publicly listed prices only (not member or bulk-order discounts).
• When comparing offers, we consider the total price, including shipping and any additional fees.

When we can't price match

In some rare cases, we might not be able to match or beat another store’s price.

We’re not always able to match prices offered by large “big box” retailers or marketplace listings, as these stores often operate with different cost structures.

In addition, we might not be able to match or beat another price for certain products with very low margins, limited availability, or unusually high freight costs.

However, we’ll always aim to offer you the best possible price on your purchase.
