Crafted from durable spring steel, these 46 cm springs with 3 cm loops come standard on the Contour Folding and Contour Pro Pilates Machines but can be purchased as replacements, spares or upgrades to customise your machine’s resistance. Over time, springs may lose their shape due to oxidisation and over-tension, so replacing them restores optimal performance in your machine. Choose from colour-coded options to suit your workout needs: Red for hard resistance, Green for medium, and Yellow for easy, ensuring your machine supports every stage of your fitness journey.
